Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the manufacture of wooden doors by wood creed for the benefit of the customer . By placing an order with the Manufacturer, the Customer agrees to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure you understand and agree to them before proceeding.

Orders and Specifications

  • Customer Orders: All orders for wooden doors must be submitted in writing or through Manufacturer's official order form. Customer specifications, including size, style, and finish, must be clearly communicated.
  • Acceptance of Orders: Manufacturer reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Orders are only considered accepted when confirmed in writing by the Manufacturer.
  • Changes to Orders: Any changes to the order must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Manufacturer. Additional charges may apply.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for wooden doors are provided in the Manufacturer's official price list or as quoted to the Customer. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the Customer is responsible for confirming the current prices before placing an order.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms and methods are as specified in the Manufacturer's invoice. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment must be made in full before manufacturing begins.

Manufacturing and Lead Times

  • Lead Times: Manufacturer will provide estimated lead times for order completion. These estimates are not guarantees and may be subject to change due to factors beyond Manufacturer's control.
  • Quality Assurance: Manufacturer is committed to producing high-quality wooden doors. However, natural variations in wood may occur, and the Customer understands and accepts these variations as part of the product.

Delivery

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the wooden doors passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Warranty and Returns

  • Returns: Customer must inspect the delivered wooden doors upon receipt. Any claims for damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Manufacturer within a reasonable timeframe, as specified in the warranty policy.

Ownership of Goods

  • Ownership: Ownership of the wooden doors transfers to the Customer upon full payment. Until then, the Manufacturer retains ownership.

Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure: Manufacturer is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of government, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer's liability for any claim, including defects or damages, is limited to the price paid by the Customer for the wooden doors.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
